For the N995xA and N996xA, added support for the N4693D ECals that are used
in the Network Analyzer Calibrations and CalReady Refresh.


For the N995xA and N996xA, the s-parameter calibration and verification
for the Network Analyzer Calibrations now use 2.4 mm ECals (N4693-61001
or N4693-60001) instead of 1.85 mm ECals (N4694D). In addition, an adapter
characterization step was added that uses the 1.85 mm ECal (N4694D).

For the N995xA and N996xA, CalReady Refresh now uses a 2.4 mm ECal (N4693-61001
or N4693-60001) instead of a 1.85 mm ECal (N4694D).


Fixed an issue with the Dynamic Accuracy Performance Verification Test function generator solution not supporting all FieldFox models

Updated the limits for the Phaselock Accelerator Adjustment for the N9923A with firmware A.09.00 and above.
