KNOWN ISSUES ============================================================================== - This application only supports the Production release versions of the PNA-X firmware, the Customer release versions of the firmware are not supported. - If you have previously mapped the E4413A power sensor in version E.04.01 of the N7841A application only, after upgrading to version E.04.02, the mapping will be lost. To fix this problem, remap the power sensor and import the power sensor cal data from the file that contains both the low band and high band data. See FAQ for more information about where to obtain the calibration data. - If you have the Keysight N7841A FieldFox Handheld Analyzer Calibration Software installed with a version less than E.04.00, and install another product’s calibration software that was released after September 2013, you may encounter problems connecting to the DUT when running the FieldFox calibration software. To fix this problem install Keysight N7841A FieldFox Handheld Analyzer Calibration Software version E.04.00 or greater. This will install the new driver needed to connect to the DUT. - On some XP configurations, after upgrading from a previous version of the N7841A application to version E.03.00 or higher, you may encounter the following error when trying to run a test: An error occurred while running the test: Critical Error. Required Legacy Test Execution component could not be Created/Obtained. To fix this problem run repair on TME. Close TME, then from Control Panel, select "Add or Remove Programs", and select "Keysight N7800A Test Management Environment E.XX.XX". Select "Click here for support information", then click on the "Repair" button. - Firmware A.05.17 and A.05.30 are incompatible with all versions of this application. ============================================================================== 8.
